Golden Light Reset

Inspired by a visualization practice I often return to when I need a moment to reset and clear my energy.

Begin by finding a comfortable position and allowing your body to settle. Take a slow breath in… and gently exhale.

Imagine a soft golden light above you. Allow it to flow down over your body like a waterfall, moving from the top of your head to your toes.

As the light moves through you, imagine it washing away anything you’re ready to release—any tension, heaviness, or lingering thoughts. Watch it dissolve out of your body and into the ground.

As space begins to open, notice what remains—a sense of calm, clarity, or steadiness.

Picture yourself surrounded by a soft golden light, feeling renewed and gently re-energized.

Take a slow breath in… and gently exhale. Gently bring your awareness back.
