My hope is that Inner Ease becomes a place where you can step away from the noise, take a breath, and remember that clarity and calm are not something you have to chase — they already exist within you.

Hi, I’m Meaghan.
I spent 19 years in education, with a focus on Special Education and reading instruction, supporting students in building confidence, independence, and a sense of success in their learning.
Over time, I began to feel a pull toward supporting people in a different way—one that allowed for deeper reflection, connection, and personal growth. I stepped away from the classroom to create space for that shift, which ultimately led me to this work.
During this time, I trained in holistic coaching through the Holistic Coach Training Institute (an ICF-accredited provider) and am currently working toward my ACC certification. I have also completed training in sound healing, energy work, Reiki, and chakra healing.
Inner Ease was created from my own experience of learning how to slow down, listen inward, and return to myself.
Through practices such as energy work, sound healing, meditation, and coaching, I began to understand the impact of creating intentional space—not to fix anything, but to reflect, gain clarity, and come back to what feels true.
My intention is to hold a supportive, grounded space where you can explore what’s coming up for you and reconnect with your own clarity and inner wisdom.
In that space, people often begin to notice their own insights and awareness naturally unfolding—not because they were given answers, but because they created the space to hear themselves more clearly.
As we deepen that awareness and reconnect with our inner world, it often begins to gently shape what we experience in our outer world as well.
So much of what you’re looking for is already within you.
Sometimes we just need the space to return.
