Sometimes there’s a feeling…
when you’re not quite yourself.

You might feel out of sync—
stressed, overwhelmed,
your mind racing, caught in a loop of worry.

And it can feel so easy to stay there…
to let the mind and body take over.

But gently, you can begin to come back.

Not by forcing—
but by slowing down.

Coming Back to Yourself

Take a moment, wherever you are.

Slowly breathe in…
and gently exhale.

Again… breathing in…
and out.

Let your shoulders soften.
Let your body be supported.

There’s nothing you need to fix right now.

A Gentle Practice

If it feels right, you might:

Light a candle
Step outside for a moment
Listen to the sounds around you
Move your body gently
Or simply stay here… and breathe a little more slowly

Notice what begins to shift, even slightly.

This isn’t about doing more—
it’s about creating space.

When you slow your breath and body,
you’re not just relaxing…
you’re allowing yourself to shift into calm and safety.

You can always come back to your center.
