Finding Your Way Through Change
Change can feel like a lot to hold.
It can bring uncertainty, discomfort, and a sense of stepping into something unfamiliar. Even when it’s something we’ve chosen, there can still be a quiet tension in leaving behind what felt known, steady, or easy.
There’s often a part of us that wants to stay where things feel predictable. Where we know what to expect. Where we don’t have to question as much.
And yet, change has a way of finding us there.
Sometimes gently.
Sometimes all at once.
It’s not always easy to see it this way in the moment, but change can also be an opening.
A shift.
A space where something new has room to begin.
Not in a way that dismisses how hard it can feel—but alongside it.
Growth doesn’t always feel expansive or clear.
Sometimes it feels like hesitation.
Like uncertainty.
Like standing just outside of what feels comfortable.
Sometimes it looks like letting go of what we’ve outgrown…
even when it still feels familiar.
There can be a quiet fear in asking:
What might this be inviting in?
How might this be asking me to expand?
Because those questions don’t always come with immediate answers.
And they don’t always feel comfortable to sit with.
But within change, there is often an invitation.
Not one that needs to be rushed or fully understood right away.
Just something to notice.
An invitation to see what’s possible beyond what’s familiar.
To consider what might be unfolding, even if it’s not fully clear yet.
To move, gently, toward something new.
You don’t have to have certainty.
You don’t have to feel ready all at once.
But perhaps there’s space to stay open to the idea that this moment—
however it feels—
may be part of something shifting, growing, or expanding within you.
A Moment for Reflection
What feels unfamiliar or uncertain for me right now?
Is there anything this moment might be inviting in… even if it’s not fully clear yet?
How might I gently allow myself to grow or expand through this?
