Sometimes the mind just keeps going… one thought into the next.
And before you realize it, you’re caught up in it.
It can feel loud… or hard to step away from.
But first… just notice.
Notice that your mind is busy. Notice the thoughts moving.
You don’t have to stop the thoughts. And you don’t have to follow them.
Not every thought needs your attention. You can gently bring yourself back.
To your breath. To your body. To what’s here right now.
Even just for a moment.
Imagine your thoughts like waves… rising… moving… and passing…
You don’t have to chase them. You can let them move through.
You can notice a thought… without becoming it.
You can return… again and again.
If you need it, you can come back to these…
I notice my thoughts without holding onto them.
I can return to the present moment.
I don’t have to follow every thought.
I can come back to myself.
When the Mind Feels Busy
What thoughts have been taking up space in my mind lately… and how do they affect me?
When my mind feels busy, can I pause and simply notice… without getting pulled in?
What is something I can return to right now
to help me feel more present?
